How it all started
In 2025, AI was hyped everywhere while layoffs abounded.

It became clear that many people were falling behind, either in their careers or due to gaps in their knowledge. We started organising meetups to see if anyone else felt distressed by these changes. Many did!
After the first meetups, we understood that there needed to be greater focus on developing a widespread AI strategy focused on the social good. But who, if anyone, would undertake this mission? We decided to take the first step by creating a network of experts in sociology, psychology, coaching, data protection, futurism, and corporate culture to explore the AI transition.
This led us to identify two key windows of opportunity to defend against autocratic and exclusive AI: schools and workplaces. Now, we seek to continually build our community while at the same time implementing tangible long-lasting changes via our Educate the Educator and The Future of Work initiatives.
🌍 Germany-based, we aim to export these initiatives globally over the next years.
